Stop in for an annual eye exam with complete coverage and only a $10 copay. An in-network provider must be used for this offer to be valid.

Prescription Glasses - Frames

Lenses for Prescription Glasses

On certain lenses (Single Vision, Lined Trifocal and Lined Bifocal Lenses), 100% coverage is when using in-network providers. This offer can be utilized every 12 months, and polycarbonate lenses for dependent children are included. Some payments can be given for other lens enhancements as well (ie: Progressive Lenses).

Prescription Glasses - Lenses

Frames for Prescription Glasses

Standard frame allowances have covered benefits and featured brand frame allowances can be redeemed through VSP. This offer can be used every 24 months and with a $25 copay.



With our program, allowances for contacts are granted to cover evaluation and lens fitting. This can be taken advantage of every 12 months, and lens allowances can be given in lieu of frames.
